Star Citizen - The Next Generation

Post by Pekay on Wed 11 Jun 2014, 11:28 am

    Space Invaders
    Zaxxon
    Elite
    Wing Commander
    Eve Online

These are the GIANTS of sci fi spaceship gaming.  Each one brought us new ways of gaming and each defined a new standard by which other games became judged.  A lucky few were able to say, "I was there from the beginning!" and these early adopters became the "veterans".  Yoda

Now it is YOUR chance to get involved at the very beginning of a new era defining game!  There is still time for YOU to become a Star Citizen Alpha Veteran.  What's more, you can do it in style and with the support of a very well organized, yet friendly and fun, player org - InterSun Aerospace!  Thumbs Up!

At the moment we are alpha testing the Spaceship Hanger Module and the Spaceship Dogfighting Module.  Investigate V1

Yet to arrive will be alpha testing of the modules for:  Bounce Excited
    - First Person Shooter
    - Planetside
    - Squadron 42
    - Persistent Universe

InterSun Aerospace will be actively involved at all levels with all alpha testing and this is a very exciting time to join us.  Hooray

By the time the Persistent Universe is post-beta and released, all the members of InterSun Aerspace will be able to say, "I was there from the beginning and so was my org!"  What's more, everyone here will be able to say that they had FUN, had the FREEDOM to come and go as they liked and they made many great new FRIENDS!  Cool

Don't wait any longer!  Get involved!  Join the Star Citizen alpha testing and join InterSun Aerospace!  Dance V2

You can get Star Citizen alpha/beta testing access for as little as US$40:
    https://robertsspaceindustries.com/store/316-aurora-mr

This includes a ship and ingame starting money when the game goes live.  Fine Print

Not only will you be a game veteran but you will also be in at ground level and able to truly make a difference in InterSun Aersopace.  Don't settle for being a cog in a machine.  Join InterSun Aerospace and become a valued and respected pilot and friend.  Mixing Drink

The steps to join InterSun Aerospace as a Senior Officer are:  Study
    1. subscribe for any Star Citizen game package*
    2. join us through RSI website - https://robertsspaceindustries.com/orgs/INSUN
    3. make sure we are your Main Org
    4. register on these forums

    * Note: Game packages can be acquired for as little as US$30 but only the packages costing US$40 and more include full testing rights.  Investigate V2

JOIN THE NEXT GENERATION OF SCI FI SPACESHIP GAMING!  Grin Guns

    JOIN INTERSUN AEROSPACE!

By the way, for the starting price of US$40 (see above) you get a AAA single-person space shoot 'em up game (the Squadron 42 game).

To me at least, it's a bargain - for US$40 you get:
    * The Best Darn Space Sim Game Ever (when released) - normally a AAA title costs upward of US$80
    * Access to poke around and interact with the developers as they make the game
    * Access to socialize with the player community and whatever player orgs you join
    * A spaceship and some spending money when the persistent universe goes live

To me it's a no-brainer to sign up to Star Citizen now before the game is released. Very Happy

LOL! So do I.  Check our my intro post for my first game (it was handheld and before anyone had PCs at home). Wink

Nothing wrong with being so called "older". Very Happy

The older I get the worse the memory gets, so I cannot remember for me which came first.  Was it the dedicated b&w pong gaming unit we had to play at a rented cottage?  Or was it the all ascii star trek game that I could play online through my dads dumb terminal and his work login.  Ahh, the good'ol 300bps acoustic coupler modem days.  Good times...

To think there are kids about now who have never heard the sound of a dial-up modem.  Surprised  Laughing V1
